Fisherman's Cover- Manasquan, NJ
I was sooooo looking forward to this shoot! It was the first outdoor session for the year, and boy did I miss being outside taking photos! And just like picking up a bike, it felt good to hold the camera, direct and snap some beautiful photos, even if the weather was overcast and chilly.
Katie and Brenden wanted a more neutral color palette, and we all know that shooting in the midst of winter (luckily the end), the abundance of color is limited. We decided to head over to Fisherman's Cove in Manasquan to take advantage of the neutral sand, reeds, and small pops of greenery to announce the new addition arriving this September!
Katie is my kind of gal, typical type A! She plans, prepares and had so many cute ideas ready to go- which made this session not only super easy and fun but so fast paced it allowed for a variety of photos. Both of them were troopers, as the weather was a tad chilly- a refreshing 48 degrees, but you would never know it based on the photos. So take a peak into Katie and Brenden's session!
